Foods That Increase Circulation

Here's an informative article about foods that have been proven to increase blood circulation.
Prevention is the best cure, of course, but sometimes, we don't have that luxury. So, hopefully, this article will help you go with the flow:

Thanks to David Burma for the Twitter share, and to the author of the article, and to everyone who works for a more peaceful, more organic world.

About Page Has Been Updated

I updated the "About" Page

If you can figure out the change,  good for you. And in case you didn't know, yes, I am still a registered Democratic Primary Candidate for President. Not because I have spent my entire life wanting or thinking I should be, or could be,  but because I tend to go where I'm needed.

And right now, we need each other.

Teachers

I have teacher related shares for you today. First one was spotted on Twitter -- a teacher's lockdown challenge, fine dining plating of beans and toast. The photos show such creativity! I love it.

Second one accompanies the photo at the top of this post, and is a bit of a tearjerker of the best kind :

The Lost Apple Project

Putting this here so I can find it later. My friends have an apple tree that produces delicious apples. They don't know what kind, so maybe it's a job for the "Lost Apple Project."
Gardening is simultaneously an act of meditation and rebellion.

Homemade Mexican Food : "De Mi Rancho a Tu Cocina"

I guess I'll have to buckle down and learn how to understand Spanish, so I can try some of these recipes.
We are so lucky to live in these times.

Thoughts on History

"We cannot hide history, nor should we dwell in its darkness, let us bring it all out into the light, learn from it, and move forward together. Collectively, we have that power. Democracy is not something one person can create."
