My New Favorite Way to Peel Garlic

Thanks to Leela Pratt of YPI for sharing a video of a guy shaking garlic in a jar, which prompted my YouTube search, where I found a similar video.

After watching all three videos, I chose the one above (obviously.)

Seek and ye shall find, folks.  Choice is a beautiful thing.
